In the summer season, the nights aren’t sufficiently dark to witness the aurora borealis, even when solar wind activity is high. In the heart of winter, temperatures can drop as low as minus 40 degrees, making it crucial to don suitable winter attire in order to fully relish the breathtaking displays.
