The water park is run by Jumeirah International, a Dubai-based hotelier, and is located in Jumeirah, near to the Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Wild Wadi has a heated/cooled wave pool, various water slides, and two fake surfing machines. The park used to have the largest water slide outside of North America, but it was demolished to make room for two additional rides.
