The oldest square in Verona, Piazza delle Erbe, attracts visitors from all over the world with its lively atmosphere, fruit market, cosy cafes and eclectic buildings of different styles and ages surrounding it. Here you will feel the aura of the place which has been a meeting point for locals for ages. In Roman times, Piazza delle Erbe served as a Roman forum which even hosted chariot races.
