An advantage to having local with you- better prices everywhere you go!!! The tour included visits to local markets, where we got to taste authentic Nicaraguan cuisine and see the local arts and crafts.
The tour guide, who was a local, was knowledgeable and passionate about the country’s history, and he did a great job of showing us the highlights of Nicaragua. We are so happy to have a driver because we felt safe on unknown roads.
