    Ilulissat Kunstmuseum

    The Ilulissat Art Museum was initially erected in 1932 to house the colony's five managers and five commercial principals. It was then purchased by the municipal government and converted into the present museum, which opened in 1995. It is presently a house of numerous permanent and contemporary exhibits, featuring a permanent collection of roughly 50 paintings by Emanuel A. Aside from that, the museum has an artist-in-residence program.

    World of Greenland

    World of Greenland is a 100% Greenlandic firm that organizes excursions such as trekking, boat tours, and helicopter and airplane sightseeing flights.     Knud Rasmussen Museum

    The Ilulissat Museum honors the legendary Danish explorer Knud Rasmussen. It was erected in 1971 and has been used as a museum since 1939. The museum was tragically destroyed by fire in 2011, but the home and contents were salvaged.

    The Icefjord Centre is a tourist and dissemination center that educates visitors about the history of ice, culture in and around the Icefjord, and climate change through the exhibition "The Tale of Ice." Its exhibition is based on study and data and explains the area's unique natural and cultural heritage.
