    Old Bazaar of Peja

    It is an old marketplace in the city center of Peja established during Ottoman rule,was destroyed at least 2 times, but rebuilt after the Kosovo war, according to the historical Ottoman architecture. It is a lively market, with many types of shops and handicrafts on narrow streets with interesting history and architectural inheritance.

    Museum of Peja

    An old traditional house of Peja was built in the 18th century, which has also served as a "guest house" for passers-by and occasional traders from other countries, who had frequented the city of Peja for commercial purposes. Within the spaces of this house which consists of the ground floor and the first floor, there are 2 exhibitions (ethnological and archaeological) with about 2000 exhibits, which introduce the history of Peja in different periods of time starting from the Illyrian to the present day.

    Kinema Jusuf Gervalla

    One of the most striking historic buildings in central Peja is Kinema Jusuf Gërvalla, which definitely deserves a visit. Kinema Jusuf Gërvalla is a beautiful historical cinema, built in 1955 with the money of the Workers’ Union. During the period 1955-1998, it served as a central point of joint cultural activities for the residents of Peja.

    Kulla e Zenel Beut

    The restaurant is situated in an old Albanian building called Kulla. The restaurant and the building is still owned by the original family who have built it. They were the local ottoman aristocracy who ruled part of the region.The food is traditional from the region served in clay dishes called Tava.
