Cascades Park is an amazing gathering place for families, singles, couples, runners, bikers, etc. It's a blast in the middle of a city surrounded by new apartment buildings. You can walk through the park on a path, there is a bike path, fountains, toilets, an amphitheater, Edison restaurant, and others nearby. Korean War Memorial
A new Korean War Memorial was opened on August 1, 2016, at the Presidio to honor those who served and sacrificed during that war. Built by the Korean War Memorial Foundation and the Presidio Trust, the new memorial is located adjacent to the San Francisco National Cemetery and is now open to the public.
