After meeting in the center of Oaxaca City, you will visit the community of Mazatlan. It is considered to be the world capital of mezcal.” Also, the magical town of Mitla will be visited. What is so special about it? You will learn the whole process of elaboration in an artisanal mezcal factory. You will find out what categories and classes of mezcal there are. How many different types of agave are there? How do they reproduce? What kind of care do they need? You will learn how to drink mezcal like a local. You will go to the majestic agave field with thousands of plants. What a great place to make perfect pictures! A couple of fun activities will be performed to get an understanding of all the time and work behind this spirit drink. Finally, you will enjoy the typical food of the region in an authentic Oaxacan restaurant. There you will have a final tasting. An expert will share all the secrets of the liquid culture of Mexico! After that, we will safely return you to the meeting point.
